About the Role:
This position is for an Executive Administrator on a contractual basis, preferably for female candidates, located on-site in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on managing administrative functions essential for smooth office operations and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for all monthly recurring expenses, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and ensure the facility remains in excellent condition.
- Maintain inventory and track availability of household items, office stationery, and pantry consumables through effective monitoring systems.
- Manage and optimize the workforce, including housekeeping attendants, pantry staff, and office assistants, ensuring efficient allocation and productivity.
- Coordinate arrangements and support for events organized by HR and the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain adequate stock of first aid supplies and ensure proper upkeep of the Medical Room.
- Supervise daily operations of the cafeteria and pantry, ensuring hygiene standards and smooth service.
- Handle arrangements for visitors, guests, and customer visits, including hospitality and logistics.
- Maintain and regularly update site documentation and administrative records for compliance and operational efficiency.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive management, and a high level of discretion.

Requirements
